Wedding couple

In between, I get special orders to make bridal couples. These are also made from detailed images of clothing and hair. I made this couple in the fall of 2021 and took some pictures throughout the work process.

The first steps

Here the process has just begun. I start by peeling the bark off the outside of the branch and roughly sketch the proportions. Here the groom is off to a good start, but the bride is waiting for her turn.
